1、SMSBR去除焦化廢水中有機(jī)物及氮的特性摘要:選用一體化膜—序批式生物反應(yīng)器(SubmergedMembraneSequencingBatchReactor,簡稱SMSBR)處理焦化廢水,考察了能否通過膜分離的強(qiáng)化作用提高生物處理系統(tǒng)對焦化廢水的處理效果,使出水COD達(dá)到新的排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(<100mg/L),并提高脫氮效率。研究結(jié)果表明:在HRT為32.7h,平均COD容積負(fù)荷為0.45kg/(m3·d)的條件下,出水COD可以穩(wěn)定在100mg/L以下(平均為86.4mg/L);要使COD達(dá)到新的排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),進(jìn)水COD容積
2、負(fù)荷應(yīng)低于0.67kg/(m3·d)(該負(fù)荷下出水COD在100mg/L上下波動,平均為106.3mg/L);好氧段存在明顯的反硝化現(xiàn)象,使COD的去除得到強(qiáng)化;在保證系統(tǒng)溫度、堿度、溶解氧和不受進(jìn)水COD負(fù)荷沖擊的情況下,出水NH3-N可低于1mg/L,但泥齡太長所產(chǎn)生的微生物代謝產(chǎn)物抑制了硝化反應(yīng)過程中的硝酸鹽細(xì)菌,使好氧段出水NO2-N/NOx-N平均為91.1%,因此系統(tǒng)獲得極其穩(wěn)定高效的短程硝化作用,有利于進(jìn)一步脫氮;按“缺氧1—好氧—缺氧2”方式運(yùn)行時,若“缺氧2”的HRT>8.44h,可實(shí)現(xiàn)81.34%

7、ismsduetolongsludgeage.Thisshowsthatshort-cutnitrification/denitrificationisobtainedwithhighefficiencyandstabilityinthesystem,andisbenefitforfurtherremovalof10nitrogen.SMSBRsystemoperatesinanoxic-aerobic-anoxicmode,HRTofthesecondanoxicstageislongerthan8.44handc
