1、彩色多普勒超聲診斷糖尿病下肢血管病變探究【摘要】目的探討彩色多普勒超聲在診斷糖尿病下肢血管病變的價值。方法選取我院自2007年3月至2009年3月診斷為糖尿病下肢血管病變的患者20例，其中男12例，女8例，年齡55~75歲，平均年齡60.3歲，Ⅰ型糖尿病3例,Ⅱ型糖尿病17例,均有雙下肢麻木,涼感,休息痛,間歇性跛行,肢端壞疽等癥狀,雙下肢血管病變的嚴重程度大致相似,再選取正常的老年人20例作為對照組，男12例，女8例，年齡55~75歲，平均61.8歲。兩組研究者，其中一組被稱為健康對照組，另一組被稱為研究組，對其進行彩色多普勒超聲診斷。結(jié)果研究組中有斑塊的
2、有17例，占85%，狹窄的有5例，占25%，閉塞的有4例，占20%，而研究組中有斑塊的有5例，占25%，狹窄的有1例，占5%，閉塞的有0例，進行圖例比較，進行對比研究組患者的的血管內(nèi)徑狹窄,血流量少,頻譜寬度較寬,健康對照組的患者的血管內(nèi)徑明顯比較寬,血流量明顯,頻譜寬度變窄,說明相比差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論彩色多普勒超聲對診斷無臨床癥狀糖尿病患者下肢血管病變的早期診斷、預(yù)防、治療有重要的臨床指導(dǎo)意義。?【關(guān)鍵詞】6彩色多普勒超聲；糖尿??；下肢血管病變??【Abstract】ObjectiveToexplorethecolorDopplerultrasound
