1、中共XX區(qū)委全委會工作規(guī)則（試行）為認真貫徹落實黨的十七大和區(qū)第三次黨代會精神，深入貫徹落實科學發(fā)展觀，進一步完善區(qū)委全委會工作機制，推進區(qū)委全委會工作科學化、民主化和制度化，提高決策水平和工作效率，實現(xiàn)早日贏得臨川應有地位，加快提升臨川人民的幸福指數(shù)的宏偉目標，根據(jù)《中國共產(chǎn)黨章程》和《中國共產(chǎn)黨地方委員會工作條例（試行）》、《中共中央關(guān)于進一步完善地方黨委領(lǐng)導班子配備改革后工作機制的意見》（中發(fā)【2008】4號）精神，結(jié)合我區(qū)實際，制定本規(guī)則。一、主要職責區(qū)委全委會在區(qū)黨代表大會閉會期間是全區(qū)黨組織的領(lǐng)導機關(guān)，執(zhí)行中央和省委、市委決策、部署、指示以及區(qū)黨代會的決議，領(lǐng)
2、導本區(qū)的工作。其職責是：（一）制定貫徹執(zhí)行中央和省委、市委的重大決策、部署以及區(qū)黨代會決議、決定的措施。（二）對全區(qū)經(jīng)濟建設、政治建設、文化建設、社會建設和黨的建設及其他涉及全局性的重大問題作出決策。（三）聽取和審議區(qū)委常委會的工作報告，對常委會及其成員的工作進行監(jiān)督和評議。（四）決定召開區(qū)黨代表大會。（五）選舉區(qū)委常委會和書記、副書記。通過區(qū)紀律檢查委員會全體會議選舉產(chǎn)生的區(qū)紀委常委會及其書記、副書記。consciousnessofmalfeasanceatcatchinggoodhonest,practicalactionintoideasandCounty,theC
