3、paceentry.Whenworkisperformedonanon-ownedoroperatedsite,theoperator’sprogramshalltakeprecedence.ThisdocumentcoversHoustonControls,Incemployeesandcontractorsandshallbeusedonownedpremises,orwhenanoperator’sprogramdoesn’texistorislessstringent.DefinitionsAcceptableentryconditions-thecondi
