1、本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)中文題目:懸臂梁壓電振子發(fā)電的研究英文題目:StudyonCantileverPiezoelectricVibratorGeneratingElectricity院系:械電子工程學(xué)院專業(yè):電子科學(xué)與技術(shù)摘要隨著集成電路和便攜式電子設(shè)備的應(yīng)用日益廣泛,以化學(xué)電池為其主要供能方式存在諸多弊端,如體積大,質(zhì)量大,供能壽命有限,需要定期更換,以及由此所帶來的材料浪費和環(huán)境污染等問題,不容忽視。尤其對于目前發(fā)展日益迅速的無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)和嵌入式系統(tǒng)來說,電池供電的這種缺陷更為明顯。而壓電發(fā)電具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、不發(fā)熱、無電磁干擾、無污染和易于實現(xiàn)機構(gòu)的微小化、集成化等諸多優(yōu)點,且能滿足此類
2、低耗能產(chǎn)品的供能需求,而成為目前研究的熱點。本文采用理論分析和試驗驗證相結(jié)合的方式,對懸臂梁壓電振子發(fā)電裝置的制備工藝和方法、發(fā)電原理、能量轉(zhuǎn)換、輸出功率等進行了研究。關(guān)鍵詞:懸臂梁壓電振子壓電發(fā)電裝置ABSTRACTAsintegratedcircuitandportableelectronicdevicesareusedmoreandmorewidely,chemicalbatteryastheirmainpowersupplyhasbeenfoundmanyshortcomingsthatcannotbeignored,suchasbigvolume,heavyweight,lim

4、lution,anditiseasytorealizetheminiaturizationandintegration.Besides,itcanmeetthepowerdemandoflowenergyproduct.Thus,piezoelectricgeneratorisbecomingahotpotsresearch.Thispaperhasadoptedthewayofcombiningtheoreticalanalysisandexperimentaltests,andithasstudiedthefabricationprocessesandmethods,electric
