1、摘要隨著我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,中小企業(yè)已經(jīng)成為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分,而由于中小企業(yè)內(nèi)外存在的種種原因,管理的發(fā)展已經(jīng)落后于企業(yè)的發(fā)展需要。企業(yè)的發(fā)展根本取決于人,而人的發(fā)展取決于人的積極性和潛能的發(fā)揮。因此調(diào)動(dòng)員工的積極性,最大限度地發(fā)揮員工的潛力為企業(yè)所用成為企業(yè)人力資源管理的一項(xiàng)重要任務(wù)。然而,目前在很多中小企業(yè)中,員工激勵(lì)工作開(kāi)展異常艱辛,企業(yè)付出了大量心血,卻仍然不能留住員工,高居不下的流失率,低的員工滿意度和工作熱情讓很多經(jīng)營(yíng)者百思不得其解。因此,對(duì)于廣大中小企業(yè)而言,如何有效激勵(lì)員工也就成為
2、一個(gè)十分重要的問(wèn)題,需要解決。本文寫(xiě)作的目的就是為中小企業(yè)激勵(lì)這塊提出一些可行的措施,為其發(fā)展提供一些理論幫助和支持。本文對(duì)中小企業(yè)員工激勵(lì)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了理論到實(shí)踐的廣泛研究,首先介紹了中小企業(yè)作為我國(guó)現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)中最具活力的一種企業(yè)形態(tài),在我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中都起著不可替代的作用,如何有效激勵(lì)員工也就成為一個(gè)十分重要的問(wèn)題。其次闡述了員工激勵(lì)的內(nèi)涵,包括激勵(lì)的概念、特點(diǎn)、過(guò)程和功能,分析了中小企業(yè)的特性;然后分析了目前中小企業(yè)員工激勵(lì)在考核依據(jù)、人本管理理念和企業(yè)文化及氛圍方面存在的問(wèn)題及成因;最后針對(duì)前面提出的
