1、摘要國際金融海嘯尚未完全消散之時，人們已經(jīng)開始反思金融業(yè)的發(fā)展，似乎海嘯之巨大與金融業(yè)之發(fā)達(dá)不無關(guān)系，甚至一些人指責(zé)金融業(yè)就是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的最大絆腳石。而在這樣的背景下，隨著金融體制改革和發(fā)展，我國率先逃離了海嘯漩渦，并在“十二五”規(guī)劃建議中明確提出——要進(jìn)一步深化和推進(jìn)金融體制改革，促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟長期平穩(wěn)較快發(fā)展。由此可見我國把金融發(fā)展作為了經(jīng)濟發(fā)展不可或缺的動力。那么，從國外對金融的懼怕或懷疑，到我國的堅持發(fā)展和改革，金融與經(jīng)濟關(guān)系究竟如何？這是一個當(dāng)前迫切需要研究的課題。對于金融與經(jīng)濟的關(guān)系，國內(nèi)外已有眾多研究，這些文獻(xiàn)大多從金融發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟增長的關(guān)系入手，普遍把研究對

2、象定位于一個國家或幾個國家或地區(qū)的范圍內(nèi)，而且常因研究方法的差異使得研究結(jié)論不同。在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上，本文嘗試以新的視角就成渝經(jīng)濟區(qū)這一特定區(qū)域研究區(qū)域金融與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的關(guān)系，進(jìn)一步探討區(qū)域金融發(fā)展與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長的互動關(guān)系，為成渝經(jīng)濟區(qū)區(qū)域發(fā)展提供政策建議。區(qū)域金融發(fā)展的調(diào)查分析是研究區(qū)域經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)，成渝經(jīng)濟區(qū)作為未來中國經(jīng)濟的重要增長極，其發(fā)展質(zhì)量及速度必將受到世人的高度關(guān)注，推動成渝經(jīng)濟區(qū)金融業(yè)的整合，有助于金融資源在更大范圍的便利流動和優(yōu)化配置，促進(jìn)了成渝經(jīng)濟區(qū)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，也將推動國家區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的重大戰(zhàn)略部署。關(guān)鍵詞：成渝經(jīng)濟區(qū)區(qū)域金融路徑選擇19A
