1、長春工業(yè)大學本科畢業(yè)論文摘要蛹蟲草又稱為北蟲草，或北冬蟲夏草，屬真菌類子囊菌物質，其子實體具有很高的藥用價值和營養(yǎng)價值，至今對蛹蟲草子實體中的蟲草素，蟲草酸，蟲草多糖，SOD等生物活性成分的研究項目比較多，但對蛹蟲草子實體中天然色素的研究甚少。本實驗以蛹蟲草子實體為原材料，以天然色素的提取率為考察指標，比較了酸熱法，研磨法，超聲波提取法和微波提取法對蛹蟲草子實體中天然色素的提取效果，并利用紫外-可見分光光度法測定其含量。實驗結果表明，酸熱法對蛹蟲草子實體中天然色素的提取效果最佳，其次是研磨法，最后是超聲波提取法和微波提取法。采用響應面分析法對影響有效成份提取的工藝條件進行了優(yōu)化，
2、最終確定蛹蟲草子實體提取天然色素的最佳工藝條件為：鹽酸濃度0.05mol/L，鹽酸用量10.5mL，熱處理時間5min。在此最優(yōu)工藝條件下，天然色素的提取率為2747.71μg/g。同時討論了光照和溫度對蛹蟲草子實體中天然色素穩(wěn)定性的影響，結果表明，日光對天然色素有明顯的破壞作用，溫度升高對天然色素有一定的破壞作用。關鍵詞：蛹蟲草子實體；天然色素；酸熱法；響應面優(yōu)化I長春工業(yè)大學本科畢業(yè)論文AbstractCordycepsMilitaris,alsoknownasCordyceps,orNorthCordycepsarefungusascomycetessubstances.h
