1、長春工業(yè)大學本科畢業(yè)論文摘要蛹蟲草又稱為北蟲草,或北冬蟲夏草,屬真菌類子囊菌物質,其子實體具有很高的藥用價值和營養(yǎng)價值,至今對蛹蟲草子實體中的蟲草素,蟲草酸,蟲草多糖,SOD等生物活性成分的研究項目比較多,但對蛹蟲草子實體中天然色素的研究甚少。本實驗以蛹蟲草子實體為原材料,以天然色素的提取率為考察指標,比較了酸熱法,研磨法,超聲波提取法和微波提取法對蛹蟲草子實體中天然色素的提取效果,并利用紫外-可見分光光度法測定其含量。實驗結果表明,酸熱法對蛹蟲草子實體中天然色素的提取效果最佳,其次是研磨法,最后是超聲波提取法和微波提取法。采用響應面分析法對影響有效成份提取的工藝條件進行了優(yōu)化,
2、最終確定蛹蟲草子實體提取天然色素的最佳工藝條件為:鹽酸濃度0.05mol/L,鹽酸用量10.5mL,熱處理時間5min。在此最優(yōu)工藝條件下,天然色素的提取率為2747.71μg/g。同時討論了光照和溫度對蛹蟲草子實體中天然色素穩(wěn)定性的影響,結果表明,日光對天然色素有明顯的破壞作用,溫度升高對天然色素有一定的破壞作用。關鍵詞:蛹蟲草子實體;天然色素;酸熱法;響應面優(yōu)化I長春工業(yè)大學本科畢業(yè)論文AbstractCordycepsMilitaris,alsoknownasCordyceps,orNorthCordycepsarefungusascomycetessubstances.h
