1、摘要隨著計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)與通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展，人類已進(jìn)入信息化社會(huì)，人們對(duì)信息和數(shù)據(jù)的利用與學(xué)習(xí)也已進(jìn)入自動(dòng)化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和社會(huì)化階段。運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)手段進(jìn)行干部教育培訓(xùn)，是對(duì)傳統(tǒng)干部學(xué)習(xí)方式的創(chuàng)新和拓展，網(wǎng)絡(luò)的開放性、互動(dòng)性、便捷性增強(qiáng)了干部學(xué)習(xí)的靈活性、針對(duì)性、時(shí)效性，使干部學(xué)員能夠?qū)崟r(shí)的參與培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)，能夠?qū)崟r(shí)在線交流學(xué)習(xí)，不在拘泥于時(shí)間地點(diǎn)。保定市干部學(xué)習(xí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)是針對(duì)保定市干部進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)交流活動(dòng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)，本設(shè)計(jì)采用B/S模式，以Tomcat為應(yīng)用服務(wù)器，以MySQL作為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，采用JSP技術(shù)開發(fā)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái)。本系統(tǒng)采用面向
2、對(duì)象系統(tǒng)分析與設(shè)計(jì)方法，設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)本系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)模塊，最終整合成完整的應(yīng)用程序。前臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)了文章查詢、查看成績(jī)、提出疑問、自主學(xué)習(xí)、師生交流等功能，后臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)了添加文章、添加考試、解答疑問、學(xué)員管理、系統(tǒng)管理等功能。此網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái)經(jīng)測(cè)試后所有功能均能正常運(yùn)行。它提供一種主動(dòng)的、協(xié)作的、開放的、有目的的干部學(xué)習(xí)模式，將為學(xué)員的學(xué)習(xí)帶來極大的方便。關(guān)鍵字：保定市干部學(xué)習(xí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)、B/S、JSP、MySQL。AbstractWiththedevelopmentofcomputernetworktechnologyandcommuni
