2、nstituteofTechnology2011-06·Harbin摘要垃圾處理工作是城市建設(shè)和管理的重要內(nèi)容,與人民生活密切相關(guān)。隨著我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和人民生活水平的提高,環(huán)衛(wèi)部門需處理的垃圾從數(shù)量到種類都日益增多。無疑,垃圾處理工作量將加大,這樣,垃圾處理的效率問題將是我們面對的一個重要問題。拉臂式垃圾車可將地下垃圾箱內(nèi)的垃圾及垃圾箱一同拉至車上運走同時可自卸,降低了工人的勞動強度。該垃圾車的收運方式是目前世界上廣泛采用的垃圾收運方式,可以實現(xiàn)一車多箱,大大降低了配備成本和空間等等;其專用裝置的功能均以汽
3、車發(fā)動機為動力,通過液壓機構(gòu)手動或電控來實現(xiàn)。車輛的箱體采用優(yōu)質(zhì)碳鋼密封焊接結(jié)構(gòu),具有強度高、重量輕、不產(chǎn)生二次污染等優(yōu)點。本文作為拉臂式垃圾車的設(shè)計說明,首先介紹了拉臂式垃圾車國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,由于該類車的設(shè)計資料我國尚不完善,考慮該車同時能實現(xiàn)自卸功能,故參照自卸車相關(guān)設(shè)計方法對車廂箱體、舉升機構(gòu)、副車架及翻轉(zhuǎn)架進行設(shè)計,并對不同設(shè)計方案進行了比較分析,保證了拉臂式垃圾車的先進性及實用性。關(guān)鍵詞:自卸功能;舉升機構(gòu);一車多箱;液壓機構(gòu);翻轉(zhuǎn)架1ABSTRACTGarbagedisposalisanimpo
