1、河南理工大學(xué)2009屆本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計摘要近年來,煤炭行業(yè)的發(fā)展勢頭一直很好,越來越多的人力和資金投入到了煤礦的建設(shè)和生產(chǎn)中。本設(shè)計就是在這樣的的前提下對河南集團(tuán)鶴壁六礦進(jìn)行實地考察和實習(xí)后,經(jīng)過認(rèn)真而詳細(xì)的分析,計算后撰寫的。本設(shè)計的井田面積為11.4萬平方千米,年產(chǎn)量120萬噸。井田內(nèi)煤層賦存比較穩(wěn)定,煤層平均傾斜角度為20°,平均煤厚7.5m,整體地質(zhì)條件比較簡單,在井田范圍中部有斷層發(fā)育,礦井瓦斯和二氧化碳含量相對不高,涌水量也不大。根據(jù)實際的地質(zhì)資料情況主要對礦井開拓方式、準(zhǔn)備方式和采煤方法進(jìn)行了初步設(shè)計,該礦井設(shè)計采
2、用立井兩水平的開拓方式,綜合機(jī)械化放頂煤回采工藝,走向長壁采煤法,用全部跨落法處理采空區(qū)。礦井采用對角式通風(fēng),井底車場為刀把式環(huán)行車場,并對礦井運輸、礦井提升、礦井排水和礦井通風(fēng)等各個生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)備選型計算。設(shè)計時根據(jù)現(xiàn)有經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)條件,盡可能采用先進(jìn)的開采技術(shù)和設(shè)備,以及對礦井安全技術(shù)措施和環(huán)境保護(hù)提出要求,完成整個礦井的初步設(shè)計。礦井全部實現(xiàn)機(jī)械化,采用先進(jìn)技術(shù)和借鑒已實現(xiàn)高產(chǎn)高效現(xiàn)代化礦井的經(jīng)驗,實現(xiàn)一礦一面高產(chǎn)高效礦井從而達(dá)到良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益。關(guān)鍵詞:立井 采區(qū)式 走向長壁放頂煤河南理工大學(xué)2009屆本科生畢業(yè)
