3、rusestheG92instructiontodeterminetheworkpiececoordinatesystem.Whenthetoolisset,thecoordinateoriginoftheworkpiecemustbedefined,andthemechanicalcoordinatevalueoftheoriginisstoredintheG54~G59instructionparameteroftheCNCcontroller.WhentheCNCcontrollerexecutesG54~G59inst
4、ructions,thecorrespondingparametersareturnedoutforworkpieceprocessing.Whenusingthedefaultpost-processingfile,whentheparametersaresetcorrectly,theG55~G59instructionscanbeoutput,buttheautomaticoutputoftheG54instructionscannotberealized.TheFANUC.PSTpostprocessingfilefo
5、rthe4axismachiningcenter,andiscurrentlythelargestuseof3axismachiningcenter,morethanfourthaxisdataA0".TheCNCmillingwithouttheknifeisusedtoremovethetool,toolchangeinstructionandreferencereturnaction.ThecontrollerdoesnotacceptthecommentlineintheNCfile.Thelinenumberofth
6、eNCfiletofurtherreducedelete.Itcanadjustthecoordinatesundertheknifepointvalueposition,inordertobreakwhenthechangetotheNCfile.Onecommonandpeckdrillingcycleinstructionsinthedefaultpostprocessingoutputcannotfile.Whenusingcyclicinstruction,thecomputingspeedcanbegreatlyi
