1、管道腐蝕缺陷超聲導(dǎo)波檢測仿真研究摘要:超聲導(dǎo)波檢測主要是導(dǎo)波在工件中的傳播特性,導(dǎo)波在工件中傳播能量會損失,同時,傳播過程遇到兩種不同的聲阻抗時,導(dǎo)波會發(fā)生反射。其工作理論是聲源產(chǎn)生超聲波投入管子,當(dāng)在管子中傳播并與缺陷發(fā)生作用,讓其傳播方向發(fā)生改變,被回收設(shè)備所接管,并對它進(jìn)行管理和分析。超聲導(dǎo)波檢測技術(shù)相對其他檢測技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢。第一,其傳播過程衰減很小,可傳播很遠(yuǎn)的距離;第二,適合長距離管道的大范圍檢測;第三,對所檢測的管道不用做處理,大大降低了檢測成本;第四,可同時對管道外觀和里面的弊端進(jìn)行檢測。所以,研究超聲導(dǎo)波技術(shù)在油氣管道缺陷檢測中的應(yīng)用具有重要意義和發(fā)展前景。通過超聲導(dǎo)波理論對工件
