1、山東科技大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文摘要本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的課題來源于“山東奧諾能源科技有限公司”的產(chǎn)品，是在其轉(zhuǎn)筒干燥機(jī)基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行的改進(jìn)，主要設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)是在轉(zhuǎn)筒內(nèi)部加入一根用來破碎大塊物料的破碎軸。本文在詳述國內(nèi)外轉(zhuǎn)筒干燥機(jī)研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)筒干燥機(jī)內(nèi)部加入一根破碎軸的本體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)，對(duì)一些關(guān)鍵部分進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。重點(diǎn)是破碎式轉(zhuǎn)筒干燥機(jī)的破碎軸、破碎齒，破碎軸上的軸承選型，皮帶的選型，和帶輪的設(shè)計(jì)及校核。本文設(shè)計(jì)的破碎式轉(zhuǎn)筒干燥機(jī)采用的是直接加熱的干燥方式，同時(shí)在傳統(tǒng)轉(zhuǎn)筒干燥機(jī)的內(nèi)部加入一根破碎軸的基本框架；采用在破碎軸上固定多個(gè)破碎齒的方式，將破碎齒上
2、的打刀間隙一次設(shè)計(jì)成遞減趨勢(shì)，這樣可提供足夠大的破碎能力和破碎面積，結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單；采用皮帶傳動(dòng)，皮帶由電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)。本文對(duì)破碎式轉(zhuǎn)筒干燥機(jī)的破碎軸機(jī)構(gòu)，傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)等進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算，特別是對(duì)破碎軸的彎矩，扭矩，組合力矩和第一臨界轉(zhuǎn)速進(jìn)行了分析計(jì)算。經(jīng)過校核，在一定條件下，破碎式轉(zhuǎn)筒干燥機(jī)的破碎軸能夠完成對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)筒內(nèi)部物料進(jìn)行長期的連續(xù)破碎的工作。關(guān)鍵詞：轉(zhuǎn)筒干燥機(jī)；破碎軸；破碎齒；傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)74山東科技大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文AbstractThesubjectofgraduationdesignisderivedfrom"ShanDongAoNuoEnergyTec
