1、鎂合金動(dòng)態(tài)塑性變形對(duì)拉伸性能的影響專業(yè):材料加工TheEffectsonMechanicalCharacteristicsOfMagnesiumAlloywhenDPDMajor:EngineeringofMaterialsProcessing重慶大學(xué)本科學(xué)生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)摘要摘要隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,鎂合金在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中扮演著越來越突出的角色,研究者們?cè)谠墟V合金加工技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,發(fā)展出了許多新的加工,變形技術(shù)。其中,動(dòng)態(tài)塑性變形(DrasticalPlasticDeformation,以下簡(jiǎn)稱DPD)技術(shù)具有高速率,急劇變形的特點(diǎn);通過此種變形,可以使鎂合金得到特定的組織結(jié)構(gòu)和一定的
2、力學(xué)性能。動(dòng)態(tài)塑性變形這種加工方法與鑄造,鍛壓等相比,其優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于:可以更加簡(jiǎn)便地設(shè)置變形參數(shù)(變形速率,變形程度和變形溫度),通過不同的試驗(yàn),得到所需的微觀組織結(jié)構(gòu)等一系列數(shù)據(jù)。因此,研究鎂合金的DPD變形對(duì)于了解其加工特性具有重要意義。本次試驗(yàn)所用試樣材料為AZ31鎂合金,對(duì)其進(jìn)行DPD變形后,通過觀察金相組織,進(jìn)行XRD以及EBSD分析,并利用電子顯微鏡研究其動(dòng)態(tài)塑性變形過程中晶粒的改變和組織結(jié)構(gòu)的變化特點(diǎn),對(duì)以下三個(gè)主要研究問題進(jìn)行解釋說明:1.鎂合金動(dòng)態(tài)塑性變形對(duì)力學(xué)性能的影響;2.鎂合金晶粒取向變化與性能之間的關(guān)系;3.影響鎂合金變形過程的相關(guān)因素。關(guān)鍵詞:AZ31;動(dòng)態(tài)塑性變形;D

4、ormation(DPD)hasthecharacteristicsofhighstrainspeedandrapiddeformation;Inthisway,magnesiumalloyscanhavethewantedmicrostructureandmechanicalproperties.Thedynamicplasticdeformationhasmoreadvantagesandiseasiertosetthedeformationparameters(strainrate,deformationstrainanddeformationtemperature),comparedw
5、iththetraditionalmethodsofcastingandforging.Throughalotofdifferentexperiments,wecangetaseriesofdataandresults,whichincludethemicrostructureandsoon.Therefore,researchesontheDPDofmagnesiumalloyscangiveusabetterunderstandingofitsproperties.Inthisthesis,thetestingmaterialisAZ31,whichisamosttypicaltypeof
