1、S曲線無碳小車設(shè)計I摘要S曲線無碳小車來自全國大學生工程訓練綜合能力競賽命題,本文通過認真分析任務要求,確定小車應有的功能,完成了方案設(shè)計、技術(shù)設(shè)計和加工裝配調(diào)試三個階段,制作出了行駛平穩(wěn)輕巧,效率高且轉(zhuǎn)彎半徑、周期可調(diào)的小車,并提出了提高零件精度和增加賽道校準裝置的改進方向。在方案設(shè)計中,根據(jù)功能性需求,小車按模塊化設(shè)計可分為六個部分:車架、原動機構(gòu)、傳動機構(gòu)、轉(zhuǎn)向機構(gòu)、驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)、微調(diào)機構(gòu),對每個部分采用擴展性思維尋求多種可行方案,并綜合考慮功能實現(xiàn)、加工裝配、成本可行性等因素進行優(yōu)化設(shè)計。其中,車架為骨架式玻纖板,原動機構(gòu)采用滑輪組和變
