1、設(shè)計總說明本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計的題目是某廣場2#高層住宅樓建筑工程計價文件編制設(shè)計，運用EXCEL及廣聯(lián)達算量軟件還有清單工程量計算規(guī)則，計算某廣場2#高層住宅樓建筑工程的清單工程量，運用廣聯(lián)達計價軟件編制分部分項工程量清單；編制措施項目清單和其他項目清單；完成某廣場2#高層住宅樓建筑工程投標(biāo)報價；編寫報價設(shè)計分析；按設(shè)計任務(wù)書的要求，編制畢業(yè)設(shè)計文件。本設(shè)計主要分成三大部分，首先是招標(biāo)工程量清單設(shè)計，然后是投標(biāo)報價文件設(shè)計，最后是工程量清單計價分析。第一部分設(shè)計主要由工程量清單文件組成，第二部分設(shè)計主要由投標(biāo)文件組成，第三部分設(shè)計主要對工程量清單計價分析，敘述本課題的目的，意義，報價介紹。
