3、lityofwaterdistributionnetworksbycombiningahydraulicanalysiswithafirst-orderreliabilitymethod(FORM),isproposedinthisPapeThehydraulicanalysismethodfornormalconditionsismodifiedtoaccommodatethespecialconditionsnecessarytoperformaseismichydraulicanalysis.Inorder

4、tocalculatetheleakageareaandleakingflowofthepipelinesinthehydraulicanalysismethod.anewleakagemodelestablishedfromtheseismicresponseanalysisofburiedpipelinesispresented.Tovalidatetheproposedapproach.anetworkwitll17nodesand24pipelinesisinvestigatedindetail.Thea
