1、CA6140車床主軸箱設(shè)計(jì)摘要在我們的平時(shí)生活生產(chǎn)中，人們使用著種類很多的設(shè)備和機(jī)器。這些設(shè)備和機(jī)器都是有不同種類的機(jī)械零件組成，且金屬零件有很大一部分。金屬零件主要利用機(jī)床加工，而車床是車削加工的設(shè)備，在切削加工中廣泛使用，約占切削加工機(jī)床總數(shù)的20%～30%。車削加工主要用于加工各種回轉(zhuǎn)表面，如內(nèi)、外圓柱面、圓錐面及其成型回轉(zhuǎn)表面等。CA6140機(jī)床是典型的車削加工機(jī)床，其中主軸箱是機(jī)床組成的核心部件，主軸箱的作用是將電動(dòng)機(jī)的運(yùn)動(dòng)傳遞到主軸上，實(shí)現(xiàn)車削回轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)。本次論文設(shè)計(jì)主要包括傳動(dòng)方案及傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)圖的擬定，包含
