3、R)如:聚磷酸銨、季戊四醇,及氫氧化鎂分別對(duì)聚丙烯(PP)的阻燃性能研究,結(jié)果表明,各單組分分別制備的聚丙烯材料當(dāng)添加量達(dá)到30%,氧指數(shù)最高一組為23.8,但拉伸強(qiáng)度僅為7.55;為改善添加阻燃劑的聚丙烯材料的阻燃性能,論文進(jìn)一步探討了這三種阻燃添加劑二元復(fù)合體系的PP材料的阻燃性能,研究結(jié)果表明,APP/PER/PP阻燃材料存在協(xié)同效應(yīng)具有很高的氧指數(shù),為35.8,但同樣其材料的拉伸強(qiáng)度大幅下降,為10.92MPa;最后論文研究了含APP/PER/Mg(OH)2三元復(fù)合添加體系的PP材料的阻燃性能,并對(duì)添加劑的配比進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)添加劑配比為APP/PE
