1、優(yōu)秀機(jī)械畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)CAD圖紙通過(guò)答辯QQ194535455摘要數(shù)控機(jī)床是裝備制造業(yè)的基礎(chǔ),一個(gè)國(guó)家數(shù)控機(jī)床業(yè)的水平已經(jīng)成為衡量該國(guó)制造業(yè)水平、工業(yè)現(xiàn)代化程度的重要標(biāo)志。立式加工中心是數(shù)控機(jī)床的集中體現(xiàn),對(duì)它進(jìn)行研究,可深入了解數(shù)控技術(shù)及數(shù)控機(jī)床。但是立式加工中心的工作性能受機(jī)床進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)、滑座等功能部件的直接影響。設(shè)計(jì)合理的進(jìn)給系統(tǒng),滑座結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)提高立式加工中心工作性能有重要的意義。本文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)本文對(duì)VMC850滑座進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及精度設(shè)計(jì),并進(jìn)行了進(jìn)行了靜力計(jì)算及有限元分析。(2)本文對(duì)VMC
