1、??粕厴I(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)摘要車載逆變器就是一種能把汽車上12V直流電轉(zhuǎn)化為220V/50Hz交流電的電子裝置,是常用的車用電子用品。在日常生活中逆變器的應(yīng)用也很廣泛,比如筆記本電腦、錄像機(jī)和一些電動(dòng)工具等。本設(shè)計(jì)主要基于開關(guān)電源電路技術(shù)等基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),采用二次逆變實(shí)現(xiàn)逆變器的設(shè)計(jì)。主要思路是:運(yùn)用TL494以及SG3525A等芯片,先將12V直流電源升壓為320V/50Hz的高頻交流電,再經(jīng)過整流濾波將高頻交流電整流為高壓直流電,然后采用正弦波脈沖調(diào)制法,通過輸出脈沖控制開關(guān)管的導(dǎo)通。最后經(jīng)過LC工頻濾波及相應(yīng)的輸入輸出保護(hù)電路后,輸出穩(wěn)定的準(zhǔn)正弦波,供負(fù)載使用。本設(shè)計(jì)具有靈活
