6、......................................................(5)附錄檢定證書內(nèi)面格式·.......................................................................(6)JJG953-2000精密時(shí)間間隔測(cè)且儀檢定規(guī)程范圍本規(guī)程適用于最小間隔為1ns的精密時(shí)間間隔測(cè)量?jī)x的首次檢定和后續(xù)檢定。2概述精密時(shí)間間隔測(cè)量?jī)x測(cè)量時(shí),將被測(cè)間隔分為兩部分:大于一個(gè)時(shí)基的部分,采用普通數(shù)字式時(shí)間間隔測(cè)量?jī)x的原理,即累計(jì)時(shí)基脈沖的個(gè)數(shù);小于一個(gè)時(shí)基的部分,用模擬內(nèi)
