1、SHANDONGUNIVERSITY?。希啤。裕牛茫龋危希蹋希牵佼厴I(yè)論文氰化渣中硫脲浸金實(shí)驗(yàn)研究摘要摘要論文采用傳統(tǒng)的對比試驗(yàn)的方法對堿性環(huán)境下硫脲浸取氰化渣中的貴金屬金的各種重要的影響因素進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)探索和現(xiàn)象討論,并結(jié)合前人的科學(xué)研究結(jié)果對實(shí)驗(yàn)浸取條件進(jìn)一步明確和精細(xì)化。從而得到如下成果:⑴通過不同堿度環(huán)境下的實(shí)驗(yàn)得出了堿性環(huán)境下硫脲浸金的最適宜pH值,從實(shí)際生產(chǎn)的角度既提高了金的浸出率又節(jié)省了堿度調(diào)節(jié)藥劑的使用量,從而節(jié)約成本減少設(shè)備腐蝕;⑵通過理論分析,找到了硫脲浸金的反應(yīng)中的各種反應(yīng)機(jī)理,從而對反應(yīng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)選取了多種穩(wěn)定劑,并通過試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證找
2、到了最佳穩(wěn)定劑硅酸鈉和最佳反應(yīng)用量;⑶立足實(shí)際生產(chǎn)通過實(shí)驗(yàn)找到了反應(yīng)速率與反應(yīng)時(shí)間的關(guān)系從而加快了工業(yè)上的實(shí)際生產(chǎn)效率,即在最小的金損失和一定的生產(chǎn)周期情況下提煉到更多的金。⑷根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)綜述已知亞硫酸鈉類的物質(zhì)具有穩(wěn)定硫脲抑制分解的作用,所以要從這類物質(zhì)中找到合適的穩(wěn)定劑和確定穩(wěn)定劑的最佳用量本文從理論上分析了穩(wěn)定劑的作用機(jī)理,同時(shí)通過實(shí)驗(yàn)找到了合適的穩(wěn)定劑和穩(wěn)定劑的和利用量,本實(shí)驗(yàn)已經(jīng)給出了一直最佳穩(wěn)定劑及用量。⑸同時(shí)本文還對浸金時(shí)間和溫度進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)探究,從而找到了最優(yōu)化浸金時(shí)間和適宜的浸取溫度,為了減少資源消耗,浸取溫度的選擇在工業(yè)上有很大的實(shí)踐意義
