1、河南理工大學(xué)萬方科技學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)摘要國內(nèi)使用的鄂式破碎機類型很多,復(fù)擺鄂式破碎機結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,制造容易、工作可靠、使用維修方便,所以常見的還是傳統(tǒng)的復(fù)擺鄂式破碎機。隨著現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展,各工業(yè)部門對破碎石的需求進一步增長,研究復(fù)擺鄂式破碎機具有很重要的意義。本畢業(yè)設(shè)計主要為滿住生產(chǎn)需求,出料口尺寸:10-40mm;進料口尺寸:125mm;產(chǎn)量;2-3t/h而研究的。根據(jù)以上要求我設(shè)計了復(fù)擺鄂式破碎機(PE150×250),其工作原理是:工作時,電動機通過皮帶輪帶動偏心軸旋轉(zhuǎn),使動鄂周期地靠近、離開定鄂,從而對物料有擠壓、搓、碾等多重破碎,使物料由大變
2、小,逐漸下落,直至從排料口排出。設(shè)計內(nèi)容主要包括了復(fù)擺鄂式破碎機的動鄂、偏心軸、皮帶輪、動鄂齒板、機架等一些重要部件;另外對鄂式破碎機的工作原理及特點和主要部件作了介紹,包括保險裝置、調(diào)整裝置、機架結(jié)構(gòu)、潤滑裝置等;同時對機器參數(shù)(主軸轉(zhuǎn)速、生產(chǎn)能力、破碎力、功率等)作了計算。此外也簡單介紹了破碎的意義、破碎工藝和破碎比的計算,鄂式破碎機的主要部件的安裝、鄂式破碎機的操作及維修等。關(guān)鍵詞:復(fù)擺鄂式破碎機;動鄂;偏心軸;優(yōu)化設(shè)計Cad圖紙加qq:780256221VII河南理工大學(xué)萬方科技學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)AbstractTherearemanyty
