1、河南理工大學萬方科技學院畢業(yè)設計（論文）摘要國內使用的鄂式破碎機類型很多,復擺鄂式破碎機結構簡單，制造容易、工作可靠、使用維修方便，所以常見的還是傳統(tǒng)的復擺鄂式破碎機。隨著現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展，各工業(yè)部門對破碎石的需求進一步增長，研究復擺鄂式破碎機具有很重要的意義。本畢業(yè)設計主要為滿住生產需求，出料口尺寸：10-40mm；進料口尺寸：125mm；產量;2-3t/h而研究的。根據(jù)以上要求我設計了復擺鄂式破碎機（PE150×250），其工作原理是：工作時，電動機通過皮帶輪帶動偏心軸旋轉，使動鄂周期地靠近、離開定鄂，從而對物料有擠壓、搓、碾等多重破碎，使物料由大變
2、小，逐漸下落，直至從排料口排出。設計內容主要包括了復擺鄂式破碎機的動鄂、偏心軸、皮帶輪、動鄂齒板、機架等一些重要部件；另外對鄂式破碎機的工作原理及特點和主要部件作了介紹，包括保險裝置、調整裝置、機架結構、潤滑裝置等；同時對機器參數(shù)（主軸轉速、生產能力、破碎力、功率等）作了計算。此外也簡單介紹了破碎的意義、破碎工藝和破碎比的計算，鄂式破碎機的主要部件的安裝、鄂式破碎機的操作及維修等。關鍵詞：復擺鄂式破碎機；動鄂；偏心軸；優(yōu)化設計Cad圖紙加qq:780256221VII河南理工大學萬方科技學院畢業(yè)設計（論文）AbstractTherearemanyty
