1、螺旋式清選脫粒裝置設(shè)計(jì)脫粒機(jī)一般由喂入裝置、脫粒裝置、分離裝置、清選裝置、輸送裝置和機(jī)架等組成。脫粒時(shí),谷物由人工鋪放到喂入臺(tái)上,經(jīng)喂入臺(tái)送入脫粒裝置,由滾筒脫粒。脫粒后的長莖稈從出草口被拋出。谷粒及雜余混合物從凹板的空隙落下,輕雜余被風(fēng)扇產(chǎn)生的風(fēng)力吹出機(jī)外,糧食落入出糧口后流出。設(shè)計(jì)有2級(jí)滾筒的機(jī)型,谷物經(jīng)第1級(jí)滾筒脫粒后進(jìn)入第2級(jí)滾筒,進(jìn)行第2次脫粒,提高了脫粒凈度,與普通機(jī)相比具有較高的脫凈度。具有風(fēng)扇和清選篩2種清選裝置的機(jī)型,在風(fēng)力清選的基礎(chǔ)上,部分不能被風(fēng)力吹出的輕雜物經(jīng)清選篩清選后送出機(jī)外,加強(qiáng)了清選效果,清選出的糧食較為干凈,清潔率明顯優(yōu)于普通機(jī)型。設(shè)計(jì)有逐稿器的脫粒機(jī)
