1、本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)題目:圓振動(dòng)篩偏心塊裝置(激振裝置)設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)院:機(jī)械自動(dòng)化學(xué)院專業(yè):機(jī)械工程及自動(dòng)化學(xué)號:學(xué)生姓名:指導(dǎo)教師:日期:二〇一三年六月武漢科技大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)摘要目前在我國各種礦山機(jī)械設(shè)備中,振動(dòng)篩是問題較多、維修量較大的設(shè)備之一。這些問題突出表現(xiàn)在篩箱斷梁、裂幫,稀油潤滑的振動(dòng)器漏油、齒輪打齒、軸承溫升過高、噪聲大等問題,同時(shí)伴有傳動(dòng)帶跳帶斷帶等故障。這類問題直接影響了振動(dòng)篩的使用壽命,嚴(yán)重影響了生產(chǎn)效率。本設(shè)計(jì)對振動(dòng)篩進(jìn)行了方案論述,包括振動(dòng)篩的分類與特點(diǎn),確定了設(shè)計(jì)方案;進(jìn)行了物料的運(yùn)動(dòng)
2、分析、振動(dòng)篩的動(dòng)力學(xué)分析,以及動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)的計(jì)算,合理設(shè)計(jì)了振動(dòng)篩的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸;進(jìn)行了激振器的偏心塊設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算(包括原始的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù));進(jìn)行了軸承的選擇和計(jì)算,與電動(dòng)機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)與校核;進(jìn)行了主要零部件的設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算,如皮帶的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算與校核,彈簧的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,軸的強(qiáng)度有限元分析,然后進(jìn)行了設(shè)備維修、安裝、潤滑及密封的設(shè)計(jì)。關(guān)鍵詞:圓振動(dòng)篩;激振器;有限元法IV武漢科技大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)abstractAtpresent,amongthevariedminemachineriestheshakerisoneofthed
