4、··········28第三章參考資料······························29第1章概述1.1課程設(shè)計(jì)的目的課程設(shè)計(jì)目的在于培養(yǎng)機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)能力。課程設(shè)計(jì)是完成機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)全部課程學(xué)習(xí)的最后一次較為全面的、重要的、必不可少的實(shí)踐性教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié),其目的為:1.通過(guò)課程設(shè)計(jì)培養(yǎng)綜合運(yùn)用所學(xué)全部專業(yè)及專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課程的理論知識(shí),解決工程實(shí)際問(wèn)題的能力,并通過(guò)實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)訓(xùn)練,使理論知識(shí)得以鞏固和提高。2.通過(guò)課程設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)踐,掌握一般機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)的基本方法和程序,培養(yǎng)獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)能力。3.進(jìn)行機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)工作基本技能的訓(xùn)練,包括訓(xùn)練、計(jì)算、繪圖能力、計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)能力,熟悉和運(yùn)用設(shè)計(jì)資料(手冊(cè)、圖冊(cè)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
5、、規(guī)范等)。1.2設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容和任務(wù)1.2.1設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容本設(shè)計(jì)的題目為車間零件傳送設(shè)備的傳動(dòng)裝置設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容包括以下幾方面:(1)擬定、分析傳動(dòng)裝置的運(yùn)動(dòng)和動(dòng)力參數(shù);(2)選擇電動(dòng)機(jī),計(jì)算傳動(dòng)裝置的運(yùn)動(dòng)和動(dòng)力參數(shù);(3)進(jìn)行傳動(dòng)件的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,校核軸、軸承、聯(lián)軸器、鍵等;(4)繪制減速器裝配圖及典型零件圖;(5)編寫設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算說(shuō)明書。1.2.2設(shè)計(jì)的任務(wù)(1)減速器裝配圖1張(0號(hào)圖紙)(2)輸入軸零件圖1張(3)齒輪零件圖1張(4)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書1份1.3設(shè)計(jì)的步驟遵循機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程的一般規(guī)律,大體上按以下步驟進(jìn)行:1.設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)備認(rèn)真研究設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書,明確設(shè)計(jì)要求和條件,認(rèn)真閱讀減速器參考圖,拆裝減
6、速器,熟悉設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)象。2.傳動(dòng)裝置的總體設(shè)計(jì)根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求擬定傳動(dòng)總體布置方案,選擇原動(dòng)機(jī),計(jì)算傳動(dòng)裝置的運(yùn)動(dòng)和動(dòng)力參數(shù)。3.傳動(dòng)件設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算設(shè)計(jì)裝配圖前,先計(jì)算各級(jí)傳動(dòng)件的參數(shù)確定其尺寸,并選好聯(lián)軸器的類型和規(guī)格。一般先計(jì)算外傳動(dòng)件、后計(jì)算內(nèi)傳動(dòng)件。4.裝配圖繪制計(jì)算和選擇支承零件,繪制裝配草圖,完成裝配工作圖。5.零件工作圖繪制零件工作圖應(yīng)包括制造和檢驗(yàn)零件所需的全部?jī)?nèi)容。6.編寫設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書包括所有的計(jì)算并附簡(jiǎn)圖,并寫出設(shè)計(jì)總結(jié)。第二章傳動(dòng)裝置的總體設(shè)計(jì)2.1原始數(shù)據(jù)及已知條件1、輸送帶主動(dòng)軸輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩T=720Nm;2、輸送帶工作速度V=0.7m/s;3、滾動(dòng)直徑D=250mm;4、滾
