1、14-不同寄主來源的灰葡萄孢對(duì)番茄的致病力分化研究不同寄主來源的灰葡萄孢對(duì)番茄的致病力分化研究李喜玲高智謀*李艷梅曹中革陳偉汪世軍?安徽農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)植物保護(hù)學(xué)院合肥230036摘要:從安徽合肥、蚌埠、長(zhǎng)豐、和縣等市、縣的番茄、辣椒、草莓、葡萄等發(fā)病寄主上分離鑒定獲得18個(gè)灰葡萄孢Botrytiscinerea菌株,采用菌絲塊創(chuàng)傷接種法,分別測(cè)定了上述不同寄主來源的灰葡萄孢菌對(duì)番茄果實(shí)和葉片的致病力。結(jié)果表明,所有供試菌株接種番茄果實(shí)后均引起發(fā)病,但不同菌株所致病斑的平均直徑有顯著差異,顯示灰葡萄孢菌株間
2、對(duì)番茄果實(shí)的致病力存在明顯分化。按照在番茄果實(shí)上所致病斑的平均直徑大小可將供試菌株致病力劃分為較強(qiáng)、中等和較弱3種類型??傮w來說,來自番茄的菌株對(duì)番茄果實(shí)的致病力較強(qiáng),來自草莓、葡萄和辣椒的菌株對(duì)番茄果實(shí)的致病力較弱,但來自相同寄主的菌株間致病力也存在差異,菌株致病力差異與菌株地域來源無明顯相關(guān)。供試灰葡萄孢菌株接種番茄葉片后,除CF1外,均可引起番茄葉片發(fā)病,但不同菌株所致番茄葉片病斑的平均直徑也有顯著差異;供試菌株對(duì)番茄葉片的致病力差異與菌株的寄主和地域來源無顯著相關(guān)。關(guān)鍵詞:番茄灰霉病,病斑平
