1、基于PLC氣動(dòng)機(jī)械手設(shè)計(jì)摘要為工業(yè)機(jī)械手研制一個(gè)技術(shù)性能優(yōu)良的控制系統(tǒng)對(duì)于提高工業(yè)機(jī)械手的整體技術(shù)性能來說具有十分重要的意義本論文正是針對(duì)這一課題選擇了可編程控制器PLC作為工業(yè)機(jī)械手的控制系統(tǒng)這對(duì)提升工業(yè)機(jī)械手的整體技術(shù)性能起到了良好的作用本論文的控制對(duì)象是由三個(gè)搬運(yùn)機(jī)械手組成的機(jī)械手群每個(gè)機(jī)械手完成八個(gè)基本動(dòng)作三個(gè)機(jī)械手互相配合動(dòng)作機(jī)械手由氣缸驅(qū)動(dòng)氣缸受電磁閥控制限位開關(guān)檢測機(jī)械手是否到達(dá)固定位置可編程控制器PLC控制每個(gè)機(jī)械手的動(dòng)作實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械手群的自動(dòng)運(yùn)行本論文可編程控制器PLC選用西門子公司S7–200PLC各硬件部分的設(shè)計(jì)和介紹P
