1、摘要我的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)課題是凸輪軸的工藝工裝，凸輪軸對(duì)其工作要求、部分精度較高，如軸上的油孔的加工、法蘭盤孔的加工等。凸輪軸的工藝過(guò)程，我們盡量做到清晰明了，在保證表達(dá)清楚的基礎(chǔ)上，盡量做到簡(jiǎn)練。在此設(shè)計(jì)中，鞏固了機(jī)械制造專業(yè)的專業(yè)知識(shí)，學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)械加工工藝、夾具設(shè)計(jì)、金屬切削原理與刀具及金屬切削機(jī)床。在此，我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)了兩套鉆床夾具，并進(jìn)行了一些機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)，如分度機(jī)構(gòu)、頂尖機(jī)構(gòu)、液壓傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)等，還借用了機(jī)床尾座、手輪等大量通用件，既有利于加工，又節(jié)省不少力氣。其中，夾具設(shè)計(jì)需要保證被加工面的位置精度；減少輔助時(shí)間，提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)慮；擴(kuò)大機(jī)床的使用范圍；實(shí)現(xiàn)工件的裝夾加工并減輕勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，改
