1、石家莊鐵道學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)摘要本論文根據(jù)中國城市小區(qū)的供水要求,設(shè)計(jì)了一套基于PLC的變頻調(diào)速恒壓供水系統(tǒng)。變頻恒壓供水系統(tǒng)由可編程控制器、變頻器、水泵機(jī)組、壓力傳感器、工控機(jī)等構(gòu)成。本系統(tǒng)包含四臺水泵電機(jī),它們組成變頻循環(huán)運(yùn)行方式。采用變頻器實(shí)現(xiàn)對四相水泵電機(jī)的軟啟動(dòng)和變頻調(diào)速。壓力傳感器檢測當(dāng)前水壓信號,送入PLC與設(shè)定值比較后進(jìn)行PID運(yùn)算,從而控制變頻器的輸出電壓和頻率,進(jìn)而改變水泵電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速來改變供水量,最終保持管網(wǎng)壓力穩(wěn)定在設(shè)定值附近。通過工控機(jī)與PLC的連接,采用組態(tài)軟件完成系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控,實(shí)現(xiàn)了運(yùn)行狀態(tài)動(dòng)態(tài)顯示及數(shù)據(jù)、報(bào)警的查詢。關(guān)鍵詞:變頻調(diào)速恒壓供水
