1、PtSAPO-11催化劑上長鏈烷烴臨氫異構(gòu)化反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物分布的研究Pt/SAPO-11催化劑上長鏈烷烴臨氫異構(gòu)化反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物分布的研究張飛耿承輝高志賢*周敬來任杰(中科院山西煤炭化學研究所山西太原030001)(浙江工業(yè)大學化工學院,杭州310014)摘要:通過Pt/SAPO-11催化劑上的長鏈烷烴臨氫異構(gòu)化反應(yīng)實驗,探索臨氫異構(gòu)化反應(yīng)機制和產(chǎn)物分布的變化規(guī)律,確定較佳的操作條件。研究結(jié)果表明,長鏈烷烴臨氫異構(gòu)化反應(yīng)機制為含過渡態(tài)的平行—順序反應(yīng)機制。隨著反應(yīng)溫度的提高,反應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)化率、多支鏈異構(gòu)體和裂解產(chǎn)物的收率連續(xù)提高,而單支鏈異構(gòu)體收率呈先提高后降低的變化規(guī)律。隨著反應(yīng)壓力的提高,轉(zhuǎn)化率連續(xù)降低
2、,單甲基異構(gòu)體的生成反應(yīng)選擇性明顯提高。隨著空速或氫烴摩爾比的提高,轉(zhuǎn)化率逐漸降低,反應(yīng)選擇性則逐漸提高。關(guān)聯(lián)分析結(jié)果表明,單甲基異構(gòu)體分布與反應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)化率有一定的對應(yīng)關(guān)系,隨著反應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)化率的提高,支鏈靠近碳鏈中心的單甲基異構(gòu)體含量呈現(xiàn)先增多然后趨于穩(wěn)定的變化規(guī)律。在壓力0.5~1.5MPa、溫度310~330℃、轉(zhuǎn)化率超過60%條件下進行反應(yīng),可獲得較佳的產(chǎn)物分布。關(guān)鍵詞:臨氫異構(gòu)化,SAPO-11,長鏈烷烴,產(chǎn)物分布,催化劑StudyontheproductdistributionoflongchainalkanehydroisomerizationoverPt/SAPO-11catalys
