1、畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)題目:基于CAN總線的遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)--下位機(jī)部分93基于CAN總線的遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)--下位機(jī)部分摘要CAN總線作為一種有效支持分布式控制和實(shí)時(shí)控制的技術(shù),以其穩(wěn)定性好、可靠性高、抗干擾能力強(qiáng)、通訊速率高、維護(hù)成本低及其獨(dú)特的設(shè)計(jì)越來(lái)越受到人們的重視,并被公認(rèn)為是最有前途的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線之一。基于CAN總線的遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)分為上位機(jī)、CAN總線和下位機(jī)三個(gè)部分。上位機(jī)建立友好的人機(jī)交互界面;CAN總線采用總線型拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),通信電纜采用雙絞線;下位機(jī)部分是兩個(gè)傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn)。本論文重點(diǎn)介紹了下位機(jī)傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)。首先介紹了系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,然后對(duì)溫度
2、傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn)使用的K型熱電偶、溫度傳感器AD590和壓力傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn)使用的MPX53DP做簡(jiǎn)要介紹,并分析設(shè)計(jì)放大電路;接著介紹單片機(jī)AT89C52及其附屬電路,特別對(duì)鍵盤做了重點(diǎn)分析介紹;分析軟件算法,使用C51語(yǔ)言編程;最后介紹系統(tǒng)調(diào)試。本設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了下位機(jī)對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)溫度信號(hào)和壓力信號(hào)的采集,通過(guò)鍵盤在線更改測(cè)量范圍、報(bào)警值等參數(shù)。關(guān)鍵詞:CAN總線;數(shù)據(jù)采集;下位機(jī);AT89C52單片機(jī)93TheLong-distanceDataCollectionBasedonCANBus--TheLowerComputerAbstractCANbustechnology,w

6、argementelectriccircuit.ItalsointroducedAT89C52MCUanditssubsidiarycircuit,especiallyfocusedonanalyzingthekeyboard.Thenitanalyzedsoftwarealgorithm,andusedtheC51languageforitsprogramming.Itintroducedthesystemdebuggingfinally.Thisdesignhasrealizedthelowercomputertothescenetemperatures
