1、SHANDONGUNIVERSITY?。希啤。裕牛茫龋危希蹋希牵佼厴I(yè)設(shè)計說明書學(xué)院:機械工程學(xué)院專業(yè):學(xué)生姓名:學(xué)號:指導(dǎo)教師:2012年05月37摘要近年來,球鐵鑄件差不多已在所有主要工業(yè)部門中得到應(yīng)用,這些部門要求高的強度、塑性、韌性、耐磨性、耐嚴重的熱和機械沖擊、耐高溫或低溫、耐腐蝕以及尺寸穩(wěn)定性等。為了滿足使用條件的這些變化、球墨鑄鐵現(xiàn)有許多牌號,提供了機械性能和物理性能的一個很寬的范圍。本文問主要是對材質(zhì)為QT450—10的右鉸接支架—駕駛室進行工藝工裝設(shè)計,應(yīng)用SolidWorks軟件畫出三維
2、造型,最后應(yīng)用AnyCasting軟件進行工藝模擬,針對模擬結(jié)果進行分析,修改工藝,得出最合理的工藝設(shè)計方案。鉸接支架鑄件要求表面光潔,去除毛刺和銳邊,切不允許有砂眼、氣孔、夾砂等明顯鑄造缺陷。造型采用普通粘土砂,熔煉采用為保證鑄件質(zhì)量,澆注系統(tǒng)為開放式,直澆道采用圓錐狀,橫澆道沿鑄件形狀分布,并安放過濾網(wǎng),內(nèi)澆道對稱安放共2個,在有熱結(jié)處安放冷鐵。關(guān)鍵詞:球墨鑄鐵鑄造性能球化處理孕育處理澆注系統(tǒng)設(shè)計工藝工裝設(shè)計37AbstractInrecentyears,ductileironalmostallmaj
