2、文獻綜述21/22---------------------------------------------------------------范文最新推薦------------------------------------------------------摘要隨著軋制精度要求的不斷提高和軋制技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展，軋機發(fā)展得到了長足的進步。而作為研究重要基地，高校實驗室軋機體形龐大，軋輥尺寸大；電機轉(zhuǎn)速快，操作過程危險；設(shè)備過于陳舊，不利于學(xué)生上課掌握設(shè)備的特點。因此設(shè)計了短應(yīng)力微型變速軋機，既可以教學(xué)講解也可以實際軋制薄板。設(shè)計簡化原有實驗室軋機，以
3、1000kg為最大承載能力、軋輥轉(zhuǎn)速0~50mm、輥身直徑40mm、上下輥距離4mm可調(diào)以及能有效軋制1mm為設(shè)計基礎(chǔ)，軋機配有兩臺160W可逆電機和調(diào)速箱，采用聯(lián)軸器，可實現(xiàn)異步軋制，四個拉桿下端固定在底板上，頂部與輥縫調(diào)整裝置聯(lián)接，拉桿的中間部分梯形螺紋與放置在機架間的上軋輥軸承座內(nèi)的螺母相嚙合，轉(zhuǎn)動拉桿從而改變輥間間隙，其能夠軋制3mm左右的薄板。11142關(guān)鍵詞：軋機設(shè)計；微型；可逆；短應(yīng)力軋機；異步軋制AbstractWiththecontinuousincreasingrequirementofthemillingprecisionandt
