1、大鼠肝臟撞擊傷動(dòng)物模型的制備及評(píng)價(jià)作者:陸明,湯禮軍,田伏洲,麻曉林【摘要】目的建立一種新型大鼠肝臟鈍性撞擊傷模型,并進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。方法健康SD大鼠42只,隨機(jī)分為3組(n=14)。通過(guò)增加了T型二次打擊頭的改良型生物撞擊機(jī),用輕、中、重3種質(zhì)量的鋼球分別撞擊1組大鼠,復(fù)制出3組損傷程度不同的大鼠肝臟鈍性撞擊傷模型,即輕度致傷組、中度致傷組、重度致傷組。各組再按觀察指標(biāo)不同,隨機(jī)平分為A組和B組。測(cè)定大鼠A組致傷前后生命體征變化及自然存活數(shù),B組致傷前后血清中谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(AST)、谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(ALT)含量及致傷后腹腔內(nèi)出血量。所有大鼠死亡后均進(jìn)行損傷分級(jí)并進(jìn)行評(píng)分。結(jié)果
2、各組平均股動(dòng)脈壓致傷后均低于致傷前(P<0.01),且致傷后平均股動(dòng)脈壓隨損傷程度的增加而降低(P<0.01或P<0.05);各組AST、ALT含量致傷后均明顯高于致傷前(P<0.01或P<0.05),致傷后各組AST、ALT含量均隨損傷程度的增加而增高(P<0.01或P<0.05);各組腹腔出血量隨損傷程度的增加而增多(P<0.01或P<0.05);各組肝臟損傷評(píng)分隨損傷程度的增加而增高(P<0.01)。結(jié)論各組大鼠肝臟損傷程度隨鋼球質(zhì)量的增加而加重,分級(jí)明顯。該大鼠肝臟創(chuàng)傷模型建模過(guò)程簡(jiǎn)單,具有穩(wěn)定的肝
