1、摘要從襯衫面料的市場與發(fā)展趨勢來看，不論在原料還是上機工藝設(shè)計與成品工藝設(shè)計上都存在著一定的缺陷。為了解決這一問題，本文就是根據(jù)襯衫面料的市場分析與發(fā)展趨勢，結(jié)合2012春夏的流行趨勢，進(jìn)而對襯衫面料組織并結(jié)合色彩進(jìn)行設(shè)計和開發(fā)，并根據(jù)設(shè)計工藝在小樣織機上試織。文中詳細(xì)的闡述了面料開發(fā)的全過程，包括流行面料風(fēng)格的分析，原料的選擇，上機工藝參數(shù)的計算，以及織物服用性能測試及分析。本設(shè)計的重點是原料的選擇，織物組織的設(shè)計與色彩的搭配，從這三個著重點出發(fā)，設(shè)計了三個主題的產(chǎn)品。分別是采用滌/粘，滌/麻和滌/天絲混紡竹節(jié)紗作為原料，同時采用變換織物組織、
2、色紗排列、不同織物緊度和不同工藝設(shè)計出“春光明媚”，“天真夢幻”和“自然清新”三種風(fēng)格的春夏女式襯衫織物。結(jié)果表明這兩種風(fēng)格的織物不僅滿足了現(xiàn)代女性要求的布面整齊，手感柔軟、光滑，且具有“輕”、“薄”、“挺”、“爽“的效果，還將織物的立體感和唯美的效果展現(xiàn)得淋漓盡致。本論文對襯衫面料的研究與開發(fā)具有一定的參考價值。關(guān)鍵詞：襯衫面料，產(chǎn)品設(shè)計，織造，性能測試ABSTRACTLookingfromthemarketandthedevelopmentofshirtfabrictrend,whetherinthematerialsorthecompute
