2、T-NH,并進一步與氯磺?;笺~反應制備出MWCNT-Pc復合物.產(chǎn)物采用紅外光譜,2紫外可見,拉曼光譜,X射線光電子能譜,循環(huán)伏安,熱重分析等進行了表征.結(jié)果表明,MWCNT-NH上磺酰胺基2接枝在MWCNT表面,而MWCNT-Pc上的酞菁基團是通過MWCNT-NH上的酰胺基團與Pc形成復合物,碳納米2管上約38個碳原子結(jié)合一個磺酸基酞菁分子;該MWCNT-Pc復合物的熱穩(wěn)定性較MWCNT-NH低;利用噴涂法2構(gòu)筑了ITO/MWCNT-Pc光電極,光電性能的研究結(jié)果表明在AM1.5光照條件下,光電壓及光電流分別為0.434V2和0.158mA/cm;在320nm處的I
