1、摘要側梁激振脫水篩是直線振動篩的一種,主要用于煤泥脫水,是選煤廠的重要設備之一。傳統(tǒng)的直線振動脫水篩,一般結構較復雜,機體較笨重,而且能耗高,為此研制了一種新型的脫水篩。側梁激振脫水篩與其它振動篩相比具有如下結構優(yōu)點:(1)單位面積處理量是普通振動篩的2倍以上;(2)拋射角度合適,拋射強度高,振幅大,單位處理能力的能耗較小,與同面積的篩子相比,成本可降低20%;(3)電動機與箱式激振器激振軸采用橡膠聯(lián)軸器(即撓性聯(lián)接或軟聯(lián)接),可補償電機軸線與偏心軸軸線不同心造成的誤差。(4)偏心塊為軸偏心結構,軸承采用干油潤滑,不存
