2、工件，實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度加工液性塑料定心夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)是彈性定心夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)的一種,是適應(yīng)近年來(lái)機(jī)械行業(yè)對(duì)零件的高精度要求出現(xiàn)的，效率高且極大的降低了成本.它以液性塑料作為介質(zhì)，利用其不可壓縮性,可以將壓力均勻地傳遞給薄壁套筒或滑柱,使薄壁套筒或滑柱產(chǎn)生均勻的徑向彈性變形或位移而將工件定位和夾緊.液性塑料定心夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于定心精度高,其定心精度一般可以達(dá)0.005mm～0.01mm,最高達(dá)0.001mm,同軸度可達(dá)0.01mm～0.02mm.另外還用于多位夾緊,其夾緊迅速,夾緊力大且可靠.但對(duì)目前現(xiàn)在存在的各種局限性也
