1、摘要隨著科學技術的不斷發(fā)展，焊接新技術新工藝也不斷成熟與創(chuàng)新使其應用越來越廣泛。在機械制造、航空航天、石油化工、能源、交通、建筑、冶金等領域使用的金屬結構都屬于焊接結構，在加工過程中都離不開焊接。工業(yè)的發(fā)展，具有特殊性能的新型結構材料不斷涌現(xiàn)，對焊接技術的要求也越來越高，因此焊接新技術新工藝的發(fā)展情況也越來越受到關注。文中先從焊接技術和材料開始介紹，以此為前提再通過對典型金屬材料的焊接新技術新工藝講解入手，著重介紹焊接技術及工藝在原有水平及基礎上的最新發(fā)展狀況，指出了這些焊接新技術新工藝的內容及應用狀況，并對焊接技術和工藝做出了適當的展望。關鍵詞：新技術，新工藝，金屬材料，焊接
