1、畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書年產(chǎn)1500噸仲鎢酸銨的堿分解生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)生姓名XXX指導(dǎo)教師XXX(講師)學(xué)院冶金科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院專業(yè)班級(jí)冶金XXXX中南大學(xué)20XX年01月09日97年產(chǎn)1500噸仲鎢酸銨的堿分解生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)計(jì)摘要本文是以黑鎢精礦鎢礦原料年產(chǎn)1500噸APT(仲鎢酸銨)生產(chǎn)車間的設(shè)計(jì)說明書。按照一般有色冶金生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)計(jì)步驟,文章首先概述APT生產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)狀;結(jié)合原料特征,通過對(duì)APT整個(gè)工藝過程生產(chǎn)方法的比較,選擇了苛性鈉壓煮法分解黑鎢精礦—離子交換法除雜和轉(zhuǎn)型—選擇沉淀法分離鎢鉬—連續(xù)蒸發(fā)結(jié)晶生產(chǎn)APT的工藝。根據(jù)所選的工藝特點(diǎn)以及
2、黑鎢礦的分布特點(diǎn),選擇了黑鎢礦儲(chǔ)量豐富的粵北地區(qū)陽山縣作為廠區(qū)地址。通過對(duì)各生產(chǎn)工序金屬平衡、物料平衡計(jì)算和設(shè)備選型,確定了各工序所需原料的量和設(shè)備的型號(hào)、規(guī)格和數(shù)目,并進(jìn)行了合理的車間配置。通過分析生產(chǎn)過程中工業(yè)三廢的來源和危害,提出了三廢處理的方案;根據(jù)生產(chǎn)過程需要,對(duì)車間進(jìn)行了勞動(dòng)定員。通過對(duì)整個(gè)工藝過程的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析,計(jì)算結(jié)果表明本設(shè)計(jì)所采用工藝流程技術(shù)上可行,經(jīng)濟(jì)上合理。投資回收期僅1.43年。關(guān)鍵詞:鎢;黑鎢精礦;APT;分解;浸出;離子交換;結(jié)晶;設(shè)計(jì)AbstractThespecificationisaworksh
