1、山東科技大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文摘要隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,粉末冶金技術(shù)應(yīng)用范圍越來(lái)越廣泛,在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)各部門(mén)中,幾乎都有模具加工生產(chǎn),它不僅與整個(gè)機(jī)械行業(yè)密切相關(guān),而且與人們的生活緊密相連。由于粉末冶金工藝具有生產(chǎn)效率高、質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定、成本低以及可加工復(fù)雜形狀工件等一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn),在汽車(chē)、輕工、電機(jī)電器、家用電器,航天航空,以及日常生活用品等行業(yè)應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛。隨著工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的不斷發(fā)展和生產(chǎn)技術(shù)水平的不斷提高,粉末冶金模具作為現(xiàn)代高速成型技術(shù)在工藝裝備中起到越來(lái)越大的作用。本次設(shè)計(jì)了一套壓孔﹑落料的模具。本課題首先要對(duì)壓坯
2、進(jìn)行壓制前工藝分析,經(jīng)過(guò)工藝分析和對(duì)比,采用單向壓制工序,通過(guò)對(duì)壓坯密度、質(zhì)量、高度與外徑等的計(jì)算,初步確定芯棒、陰模與模沖的類(lèi)型。再分析對(duì)壓坯加工的壓機(jī)類(lèi)型選擇所需設(shè)計(jì)的模具。得出將設(shè)計(jì)的模具類(lèi)型后將模具的各工作零部件設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程表達(dá)出來(lái),畫(huà)出模具各零件圖和裝配圖。本次設(shè)計(jì)闡述了粉末冶金模具單向壓制結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及工作過(guò)程。本模具性能可靠,運(yùn)行平穩(wěn),提高了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率,降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度和生產(chǎn)成本。關(guān)鍵字:粉末冶金;偏心輪;模具設(shè)計(jì)。7979山東科技大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文Withthedevelopmentof
