5、talratcornealneovascularization(CNW).MethodsRatcornealalkalineburnmodelwasestablishedbyroutinemethod.ImmunereactionsofVEGFandPEDFweredetectedonthe1st,3rd,5th,7th,10thand14thdayrespectivelyaftertheburn,andtheproteinexPres-sionsweremeasuredbyimage-analysissy
6、stem.Resul協(xié)InCNVtissues.thepositiveinlnlunereactionofVEGFwasmostapparentduringthe3rd~7thdayandthendeclinedremarkablyonthe14thday.Certaintime-correlationexistedbetweenthedynamicexPressionsofVEGFandPEDFandthedevelopmentofCNW.ConclusionTheexpresslonsofVEGFand
