2、同濃度處理下小麥防御酶系活性的動態(tài)變化。結(jié)果表明,室內(nèi)盆栽試驗(yàn)中云芝葡聚糖對小麥黃矮病具有較好的預(yù)防和治療效果,其中以云芝葡聚糖100、300倍液的預(yù)防效果最為理想,防效可達(dá)66.67%和65.41%。云芝葡聚糖對田間小麥黃矮病的發(fā)生可起到一定的預(yù)防作用,其中100和300倍液的防效分別達(dá)58.63%和57.59%,保產(chǎn)效果分別達(dá)22.91%和22.57%,且相比對照藥劑,產(chǎn)量提高10%以上。同時,云芝葡聚糖可誘導(dǎo)小麥快速且顯著提高其防御酶活性,是清水對照組的2~5倍。表明云芝葡聚糖可作為免疫調(diào)節(jié)劑誘導(dǎo)植物自
