1、淺析企業(yè)零庫存管理摘要企業(yè)發(fā)展中首要考慮的問題就是如何有效降低庫存水平，同時提高客戶服務(wù)水平。零庫存管理是一種合理計劃和安排企業(yè)庫存，促使物料在采購、生產(chǎn)、配送的各個環(huán)節(jié)中處于不斷運動，不停周轉(zhuǎn)的狀態(tài)的一種新型管理模式。零庫存管理有效地解決了企業(yè)發(fā)展中的問題。本文介紹了零庫存的內(nèi)涵和發(fā)展以及我國企業(yè)在引入零庫存管理時遇到的問題，并重點分析了企業(yè)零庫存管理的實施條件、實施對策、其對企業(yè)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生的績效以及國外零庫存發(fā)展的成功案例。以期對我國物流業(yè)的零庫存管理更好更快發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)。關(guān)鍵詞：零庫存管理；MRPⅡ；JIT；供應(yīng)鏈管理StudyontheZeroInventoryinEnterpri
