2、試驗(yàn)從拮抗功能菌株中篩選能夠防治黃瓜白粉病的生防菌株;用PCR擴(kuò)增生防茵株的基因,結(jié)合菌株的茵落形態(tài)和部分生理生化特征,確定生防茵株分類(lèi)地位。結(jié)果表明,在l16株對(duì)峙培養(yǎng)細(xì)菌中,l8株對(duì)三七根腐病茵、禾谷鐮刀茵和柑橘炭疽病菌有較好拮抗效果。在盆栽試驗(yàn)中,煙草內(nèi)生茵YN.201490和黃瓜根際菌株WL.1對(duì)黃瓜白粉病防效較好。其中Y-N.201490的1.81×10cfu/mL和艦.1的1.6×10cfu/mL稀釋液連續(xù)施用3次后的防效分別達(dá)64.86%和61.26%。最終YN一201490被鑒定為枯草芽孢桿菌,WL.1被鑒定為解淀粉芽孢桿菌。關(guān)
