1、萬方數(shù)據(jù)人參研究RENSHENYANjIU2008年第4期5不同采收期刺五加葉中多糖含量測(cè)定張崇禧黃建軍(山東大學(xué)威海分校海洋學(xué)院·山東威?!?64209)施威高笑一(吉林農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)中藥材學(xué)院·吉林長(zhǎng)春·130118)叢登立(吉林大學(xué)藥學(xué)院·吉林長(zhǎng)春·130041)摘要:目的:為了對(duì)刺五加的質(zhì)量進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。方法:采用蒽酮一硫酸比色法,以葡萄糖作為對(duì)照品,在620nm波長(zhǎng)下測(cè)定吸光度,分別測(cè)定刺五加葉中可溶性多糖和粗多糖的含量。結(jié)果:在0.083rag~o.338mg范圍內(nèi),葡萄糖mg數(shù)與吸光度A值線性關(guān)系良好,平均回收率為100.3
2、2%,RSD=0.223%,R2=0.9990。刺五加葉的部位可溶性多糖含量為1.770%,粗多糖含量為1.290%。結(jié)論:不同采收期刺五加葉中多糖含量差別很大,9月份采收的葦沙河地區(qū)的刺五加葉總多糖含量較高。從方法學(xué)考察可看出,本方法簡(jiǎn)便、快速、可靠、易行、重現(xiàn)性好,適合刺五加多糖的含量測(cè)定。關(guān)鍵詞:刺五加葉;多糖DeterminatethecontentofpolysaccharidesindifferentcollectingtimeofproductionofAcanthopanaxsenticosusZHANGChing—
