1、InstructionofthisPolicy本規(guī)定介紹HumanResourcesDepartmentisresponsibletoexplainthispolicy.本規(guī)定具體實(shí)施過程中如遇問題,由人力資源部負(fù)責(zé)解釋。Excusedleave(UnpaidLeave)事假(無薪假)Toapplyforexcusedleave,youmustcompleteaLeaveApplicationFormandobtainapprovalfromyourdepartmentheadbeforetakingleave.Onlywiththea
2、pprovalofthedepartmentheadcanyoutakesuchleave.Requestingexcusedleaveforemergency,youneedtogetverbalapprovalfromyourdepartmentheadandinthefollowingworkingdateyoushouldcompletetheleaveapplicationproducesimmediately.Attendanceisofgreatimportancetoyourperformance;therefore,y
3、ouareadvisedtoapplyforsuchleaveatemergencyonly.Dailypaywillbedeductedforonedayexcusedleaveandanyonetakingleavewithoutdepartmenthead’sapprovalwillberegardedasabsencewithoutnotice.申請事假,你須在休假前填寫假期申請表送交部門經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn)后方可休假,而且只能在部門經(jīng)理許可的情況下休事假。你因故必須緊急于當(dāng)日告事假,仍須以口頭方式向你部門經(jīng)理申請,并于休假后第一個工作日立
4、即補(bǔ)交書面申請。出勤對你的工作表現(xiàn)評估很重要,因此盡量只在緊急情況下申請事假。一天事假扣除一天日工資。未經(jīng)部門經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn)私自休假者,一律按曠工處理。Unpaidleaveisbasedongenuineneedsandinthefirstinstance,alloutstandingleave(ifany)shouldbetakenintoprioritytotake,oradvanceleavetakenshouldbeconsidered.IfthisprovesimpracticablethenExcusedLeaveshouldb

6、eriod.整個事假的計(jì)算含期間的常規(guī)休息日和法定假期,應(yīng)扣除相應(yīng)的工資和獎金。EmployeesshouldapplybycompletingtheLeaveApplicationForm15daysinadvanceviatheirDepartmentHeads.TheformistobereviewedbytheDirectorofHumanResources,whowillcommentontheapplicabilityandapprovessuchleave.員工應(yīng)通過部門經(jīng)理提前15天填寫好《假期申請表》。人力資源部將審閱
